Terms and Conditions

When a user makes a booking, he accepts the terms and conditions of the reservation to include all and each of the general conditions, as well as all the particular ones related to specific services requested/supplied.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Cortijo Las Montoras reserves the right to change or modify, limit or cancel the terms and conditions in its portal at any time.

PAYMENT

When the reservation request is made and to proceed to confirm the booking, the user must include the details of their credit card which will only be used to guarantee the reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.

In some circumstances the clients wish to make changes of name, address, dates of arrival or departure; to do so, please send email to info@cortijolasmontoras.com with a minimum of 72 hours notice before your arrival to our premises. Changes will be confirmed by email as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that all your changes will be accepted as we may have prior arrangements with other clients but we aim to support all of our guests requests.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

The user will receive an email confirmation of their reservation. This email must be presented upon arrival to Cortijo Las Montoras

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellations must be requested in writing to info@cortijolasmontoras.com or through the booking site. The cancellation policy is clearly described in the booking site. Charges may apply.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take comprehensive travel insurance before you leave home to cover unexpected expenses such as medical visits, luggage loss, delayed and missed flights, trains, etc.

PASSPORT AND VISAS

All guests, without exception, (children included) must present their current travel documents to Cortijo Las Montoras upon arrival, according to Spanish law. Please check whether you need visas before travelling as well as vaccination certificates, etc. In case that you are not allowed to enter the country for any immigration reasons, such as not having visas, passport or any other travel document requested by the Spanish authorities, Cortijo Las Montoras takes no responsibility and cancellation charges will apply. Children under 18 must carry with them a parent/guardian permission to travel by themselves in case any authority requests to see it.

Cortijo Las Montoras is requested by law to scan the travel document of all its guests and to submit it within 24 hours of their arrival to the relevant authorities.

JURISDICTION

The utilisation of the booking system and all its parts are subject to Spanish law. All right reserved. The printing of pages is permitted only for personal use and not for commercial purposes. You can consult our legal notice.
